How to write a Biography / Autobiography / Memoir / Obituary
Seek not to see new things, but to see things new
I'm flattered by the feedback I receive from all over the world regarding my biographies. It's deeply satisfying to know that others share the same interest in life stories as I do and have found my expression of this interest useful and entertaining. In addition to great feedback, I frequently get asked "How do I write a Biography?" or "How do I write an Autobiography?".
In answer to these questions I have started work on a brief but concise eBooklet/eManual that will answer the most common questions on how best to approach such a project based on my years of experience in this genre.
The key to a biography/autobiography is asking the right questions, uncovering the events, objects, relationships and experiences that define a person.
Through a series of questions, exercises and suggestions I hope to help you uncover defining memories that have shaped who you are – what makes you happy, what makes you sad.
I won't go into the technicalities of writing a biography/autobiography as that should never get in the way of telling a good story, something for which we have the innate ability that merely seeks some inspiration to express itself.
I expect to have this ready by May 2007. If this is something you are interested in please feel free to let me know by contacting me. If you leave your email address I will contact you as soon as it is ready. I plan to price it at $19.95 but if you put your name before hand, happy to provide it for only $9.95 in recognition of your support.
In the mean time, please feel free to browse through the biographies currently available or using the search function at the top of every page.
Thank you again for taking the time to read my biographies.
